Description:
TIBCO Adapter(TM) for LDAP 5.4.0 now supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 5.x and Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.x in addition to the currently supported platforms listed in the product documentation.  

Please note that any new features or functionality available in the above Linux versions are not necessarily supported by TIBCO Adapter(TM) for LDAP 5.4.0. Please contact Support if there are any questions regarding whether a certain feature is supported by TIBCO Adapter(TM) for LDAP 5.4.0

Limitation and Restrictions:

Microsoft Active Directory requires both LDAP server and LDAP Adapter running on Win32 for the case of using Adapter Publisher service.

Installation Steps:

Please use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux installation package to install the LDAP Adapter.  Please follow the installation instruction as detailed in the User’s Guide for UNIX installation for more information about installation on this platform.
