Resolution:
We have found a problem with TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.0.1Hotfix 1 and hence removing this hotfix from distribution. We are actively working on releasing a new hotfix, i.e TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.0.1Hotfix 2 soon.
The issues that we have found in hotfix 1 is mainy with the multi-engine mode. So if you are not using multi-engine mode then you can continue to use hotfix1.
Following are the issue found in hotfix 1 for multi-engine mode -
1) If a load is done before lock, there is an issue with handles
2) The scheduler created by one engine is not visible in another engine. This was working in 3.0.
