Description
Resolution:
There is a JDK 1.5.0 defect with "JFileChooser" which will make the program hang when user tries to browse through the file system, if there is a shortcut to desktop presents on the desktop.

Workaround:
User has to remove the "shortcut to desktop" from the desktop and restart the designer.
