The oracle jar file for Oracle 10G is ojdbc14.jar. It is normally found in Oracle/product\10.2\db\jdbc\lib directory.
It is recommended that it be installed in your BE_HOME/lib/ext, BE_HOME/lib or any directory that resides in your classpath. As specified in the documentation, Oracle JDBC libraries are not provided with BusinessEvents.
