Deleting the folders in the  RMS folder throws the error "Error Copying File or Folder - Cannot Remove Folder &ltFoldername>  - The filename or extension is too long."

Cause:
======

This error shows up under the Windows environment due to the limitation of the operating system. Windows does not support files whose path length is more than 260 chars long.
