Description:
==========
After configuring the TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) engines in Fault Tolerance mode it was noticed that when the Primary TIBCO BusinessEvents engine comes down when running in a Fault Tolerant configuration, the Scorecard objects that are being updated by the primary engine are not reflected in the secondary engine.

Environment:
===========
TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.0.1.

Solution:
==========
Scorecards are not shared between agents. This is true in all OM types. Each inference agent maintains its own set of scorecards and the values in each agent can differ. This enables scorecards to be used for local purposes and minimizes contention between the agents. This is documented in the BE Users Guide - Chapter 17 Understanding Cache OM and Multi-Engine Features - Designing With Multiple Active Inference Agents.
