Resolution:
/outputMessage[1]/ns:BrowseCompanyNameResponse[1]/ns:BrowseCompanyNameResult[1]/QueryNameID[1]
com.tibco.xml.validation.exception.i: no declaration for element "QueryNameID"
BW cannot find the definition of element QueryNameID. So when it received the response, it failed to validate it.
it takes the default, strict. So when BW got the response form the Service, it always tried to validate with XSD.
Please try to change the definition of <s:any> into
<s:any namespace="##any" processContents="lax"/>
