Description

Resolution:
When BusinessConnect is deployed on two servers in fault tolerant mode as primary and secondary , the secondary server is shutting down and going to "stopped" status if we shut down and bring up the primary. The steps below replicate the issue:

1. Start the two FT instances together. Primary is "Running" and Secondary is in "Stand By" status.
2. Stop the Primary. Secondary gets activated and goes to "Running" status.
3. Try to start the Primary instance. Now Secondary instance is shutting down completely instead of going to "Stand By" status.

To resolve this issue, make sure that the BC FT weights are set equally between the two engines.  BC does not use these weights to determine the primary FT engine.  BC always makes the first engine started the primary engine, and all other engines in the FT group are make backups (secondary).
