The following supported environments have been added to TIBCO Adapter for IBM AS/400 5.5.0 since its general availability. Please refer to the attached amended readme the details regarding these additions.

TIBCO Adapter for IBM AS/400 is supported with either 32-bit or 64-bit TRA packages.
In order to run the adapter with the 64-bit TRA package (which uses the 64-bit JVM), a workaround must be implemented. The workaround is described below, under Known Issues

Please note that a Security Advisory was announced on February 1, 2011 for TRA 5.7.0 (http://www.tibco.com/services/support/advisories/), so Support for TRA 5.7.0 has not been added to TIBCO Adapter for IBM AS/400 5.5.0. For further inquires about Support for TRA 5.7.0, please contact TIBCO Support.
For HP Itanium, TIBCO Adapter for IBM AS/400 5.5.0 supports 64-bit TRA executable.
For all other platforms, TIBCO Adapter for IBM AS/400 5.5.0 supports 32-bit and 64-bit TRA executables.

TIBCO Adapter for IBM i 5.5.0 now supports TRA 5.8.x, in addition to the currently supported TRA versions listed in the product documentation. The only TRA features supported by the adapter are those included in the documentation for TIBCO Adapter for IBM i 5.5.0. Because TRA 5.8.x supports JRE 1.7, TIBCO Adapter for IBM i 5.5.0 now supports JRE 1.7.
Limitations and Restrictions:
For HP Itanium, TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for IBM i 5.5.0 supports 64-bit TRA executable.
For Windows, TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for IBM i 5.5.0 supports 32-bit and 64-bit TRA executables.
For all other platforms, TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for IBM i 5.5.0 supports 32-bit and 64-bit TRA executables. The 32-bit adapter executable should be used with the 32-bit TRA executable and the 64-bit adapter executable should be used with the 64-bit TRA executable.
Configuration Changes:
