Resolution:
In case of load balanced Publication instances using the same programID, make sure that the TIDManager Client references the same TIDManager instance.
If remote TID Manager is used, the TID Manager subject needs to be the same so that each of the Publication instances use the same TID Manager instance.
If local TID Manager is used,the TID File used by each of the Publication instances should be the same.
If more than one TIDManager is maintained for the same Program ID, once-only delivery from SAP cannot be guaranteed.
Also, in cases where multiple Subscription service configurations (for IDocs) run in a load-balanced fashion, we can run the R/3 Adapter with fault tolerant support by connecting it to the same TID Manager.
We cannot set the TID Manager in a load balanced mode.
