Description
Resolution: The InConcert server debug log should be checked to see if any queuing is being reported. To do this grep the debug log using the following greps: 'grep done *debug.log | grep -v "Queued: 0"'. If you see that the number of queued items is greater then 1 then check the version of RV. There is a bug in RV 7.5.4 that causes queuing in the workers when APIs take 20 seconds or longer. This is fixed in hotfix 04 of RV 7.5.4 and all greater versions.
Again the problem only shows up in RV 7.5.4. It does not show in RV 7.5.3.
