Why EMS plugin in Admin GUI shows “stopped” status even it has been restarted?

Resolution:
It is known that if EMS servers are not started from Admin GUI, the status may not reflect correctly in the Admin GUI.

Workaround:
Restart the EMS server from Admin GUI or use the scripts to start, which are under &ltTRA>/domain/&ltdomainName>/application/TIBCOServers.
