Resolution:
1. For message: Initial never received for lonmdhq2milan1:GISwombat:GISwombat:1201391894167:30
The fields should be:
   agent name: lonmdhq2milan1
   Hawk domain name: GISwombat
   DNS name retrieved: GISwombat
   The next two fields should be RV _INBOX address and heartbeat interval    

2.    These error messages indicates that the Hawk agent is not successfully sending back messages requested by Hawk display (or console application).

So please check the following things:
1.    Is this lonmdhq2milan1 on DMZ?
2.    Run tibrvlisten on the DMZ machine on subject _HAWK.*.nl.pa.p1.console.init.> to see if you get the console init message.
3.    Verify that your RVRDs and multicast routers are configured properly for PTP traffic.

       The mode of operation in Agent discovery or rediscovery in a Display is:

   Heartbeat from an Agent is detected by the Display
   The Display publishes an initial values request to the Agent's host-specific subject name.
   Upon receipt of the request message, the Agent replies PTP to the
Display's _INBOX with current state information such as OS, alert level,
microagent/rulebase list, etc..
   Upon receipt of initial values message, the Display creates a new icon or changes an existing Agent icon to current alert state.
   If no initial values reply is received after 60 seconds, the Display throws a console warning message.
  
  Lastly, verify that your RVRDs and multicast routers are configured properly for PTP traffic.  That is usually the cause of this problem. You can use the utility rvperfs/rvperfm to confirm the PTP communication.
