Resolution:
Tibco does not include all virtualization environments in our product test plans. However, we will support our products in VMs if the following criteria are met:


1). The operating system running in the virtual machine is supported by DataSynapse for the product in question.


2). The virtualization environment in question is officially certified and approved by the operating system vendor in question.


3). Performance in virtual machines is not covered by the support agreement. In particular we do not make any claims for the performance of manager components running in virtual machines nor make any recommendations for suitable configurations.
