Description

Resolution:
On login using an iProcess Workspace Browser an error may appear such as:
There is no node context associated with this session, a Login is required.
and the cookie session id logged in the Action Processor's APLog.log shows two different cookie session ids from one browser.

One of the possible causes for this (assuming the configuration has been verified as correct) could be if the hostname of the web application server contains an underscore (eg, http://mywebappserv_1/TIBCOiPClnt/iProcessClient.html).

The root cause for this is that Internet Explorer may fail to keep the session state maintained between requests due to security patch MS01-055 as an underscore is not a valid character for a TCP/IP hostname (see RFC 952).  To resolve the error the hostname must not contain an underscore.
