Admin server starts and the login is successful. Clicking links on the left pane results in a blank page on the right pane. Startup output and Administrator.log have entries like:

This is due to lack of write access to the temporary directory. Check permissions of the Admin server process userid on /var/tmp (Solaris), /tmp (other Unix), <WINDIR>\temp (Windows). If Admin's temporary storage space has been reconfigured for a dedicated directory verify it accordingly.
