The ACE ORB is available as cumulative builds. Therefore, to use TAO v1.3a Patch 12 - All the patches from Patch 1 to Patch 12 needs to be applied. Patches for TAO must be applied sequentially and they should not be skipped. Below are the steps to download and apply patches for TAO 1.3a_P12
1. Get TAO1.3a from http://download.ociweb.com/TAO-1.3a/ACE+TAO-1.3a.zip
2. Get patched files from http://download.ociweb.com/TAO-1.3a_patches/TAO-1.3a_(p1-12)_patched_files.zip
3. Unzip the ACE+TAO-1.3a.zip
4. Unzip the patched files from p1 to p12 to the directory of TAO1.3a. Be sure to overwrite existing files.
