Resolution:
Beginning with TRA 5.5.0 TRA began using Tomcat 5.5, though Tomcat 4.1 is still included for backward compatibility. From the file $tibco/tra/5.6/version.txt you can see that the two Tomcat versions included are 4.1.27 and 5.5.25.
