Resolution:
Please check if you still have the LIBEAY32.dll and SSLEAY32.dll from old RV 7.x in this machine. The tibhawkhma.exe 4.8.1 was compiled with RV 8.1. Please replace the two dll from the RV 8.1 to solve this problem.
