Resolution
1). Restart Hawk.
2). Check if tibhawkhma is running. If not, restart HMA manually.
3). Check if restarting is successful. If not, check the TIBCO_HOME\tibco\hawk\bin directory to see if any binaries and files are missing. If so, reinstall Hawk and restart the hawkagent service.
