Description
Resolution: When trying to deploy the TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator (BWC) application on Administrator, the following error is thrown: “[PSPAG-000001]A Page /TIBCOpps/tibco/nas/site/Pages/Forms/Forms+Redirect does not exist or you do not have access to view the page”. This error is related to the Presentation service where the page is not created.
When redeploying the application, if the PS does not invoke the “app_domain_config” from the tibco_service_config.xml file, then the site will not be created for a second deployment which results in the PS error. Follow the steps below and redeploy the application. Make sure the Web application context value is entered at deployment time.
Steps to follow:
1). Stop all deployed applications and delete them from the Administrator.
2). Stop Tomcat and Hawk.
3). Delete the XML file (TIBCO*.xml, WorkflowArchive.xml) from <tomcat_home>/conf/Catalina/localhost
4). Delete the folders (TIBCO*, WorkflowArchive) from <tomcat_home>/work/Catalina/localhost
5). Make sure all application related deployed folders are deleted from the Tomcat server. <TRA_HOME>/domain/<domain-name>/EARDownloads and <TRA_HOME>/domain/<domain-name>/application/<application-name> folders.
6). Recreate the shared archive through the Domain Utility.
7). Recreate the EAR file in Designer.
8). Start the Tomcat servlet engine and Hawk.
9). Upload the application EAR and redeploy.
