Resolution:
To resolve this issue:
1). Modify the following parameter in <Admin>/domain/<domain>/bin/tibcoadmin_<domain name>.tra repo.serverHeartbeatInterval=<say to 30000>
2). In the target machine (where you are trying to deploy the application), modify the AdministrationDomain.properties:
TIB_REPO_URL=SYS_USFOOD\:daemon\=tcp\:rome\:8500\:service\=8500\:discoveryTime\=10\:operationRetry=<say to 2, or more>
3) Restart Admin and TRA on both sides.
If the issue still could not be resolved, please contact TIBCO Support.
