Resolution: Please obtain the following information and examine these. If the problem is not evident please supply this information to TIBCO Support
1) Details of hawk configuration. Are you using a standalone hawk agent or are you using hawk as part of a TIBCO domain. We require your $TIBCO_ROOT/hawk/bin/hawkagent.cfg or $TIBCO_ROOT/tra/domain/<domain name>/hawkagent.cfg [If unsure please provide both, if these exist on both servers please indicate which is from which node 2) Details of hawk configuration in iProcess cd SWDIR\util swadm show_all_attributes RV_DAEMON swadm show_all_attributes RV_NETWORK swadm show_all_attributes RV_SERVICE swadm show_servers plist -n contents of SWDIR\bin\smstart contents of SWDIR\tomcat\bin\catalina.sh set 3) The path to your hawkagent.exe (if this is on Windows) or startagent script 4) The path to your rvd.exe (if this is on Windows) or rvd on UNIX. 5) Screenshot of results of search 6) Output of using hawk display to browse microagents (the list should contain an entry like *PROCMGR02*)
