TIBCO Adapter for Clarify (Clarify Adapter) v5.3.0 is successfully configured to integrate with ClarifyCRM 12.0 at design-time. During the adapter runtime, the Clarify Adapter fails to process any data.

The adapter while processing the data throws the below error –

Cause:
======
In Amdocs ClarifyCRM 12.5 and above, the use of FormContext was switched to the BoContext object. From Clarify Adapter v5.2.1, the references of FormContext were removed and BoContext class was set to use.

Resolution:
===========
Clarify Adapter 5.2.0, 5.1.0 can be used with Amdocs ClarifyCRM 12.0.

Please note that Amdocs ClarifyCRM 12.x support has been removed by Amdocs. This has resulted in TIBCO providing limited support. Please refer LBN1-A9RFSV.
