Item 2 under the section 'Apply the Hotfix' currently incorrectly reads as follows:

2.  In ISPF 3.4 Option, type OSTARREC in front of

    then press ENTER. Reply to the following prompts:

    If you have previously applied the database PTFs from HOTFIX6
    then reply
      delete                                                                     ===> to first prompt
    else reply
      da('&ltHLQ>.V5R0M0.DIST.OSB.HFX06.RULES')    ===> to first prompt

      da('&ltHLQ>.V5R0M0.DIST.OSB.HFX09.JOBS')                    ===> to second prompt
