This solution explains you how to overcome BW/BE, etc., products shown as “uninstalled” in Admin GUI.

All supported Operating Systems of TIBCO Administrator All Admin versions
Cause: ======
One reason for this behavior, other than vpd files becoming corrupted, could be due to the .installerregistrysync file.
You can confirm this by enabling the debug level logging for tsm. To enable debug logging, change the property ‘-tsm_traceLevel’ from ‘7’ to ‘-1’ in the hawkagent.cfg file under the <tra-home>/domain/<domain-name> directory. In the tsm.log you will notice the following entry *************** 2009 Nov 08 13:56:50:032 GMT -5 tsm Debug [] [TRA-000000] Thread TsmSyncInventory Waiting for a lock on a Vpd file ***************
Resolution ========
Check if there are files named .installregistrylck and .installerregistrysync under the <TIBCO_HOME> directory. If found, delete these files and restart the Hawk Agent to resolve the issue.
