Resolution:
If the database does not remain off line for a long period of time, XML Canon should reconnect its database. (Note: When encountering this issue, if your XML Canon is using Oracle with the default (TIBCO) Oracle driver, switch to Oracle’s native JDBC driver; if it does not help, contact TIBCO support.)
