Resolution:
During the EMS server recovery, the whole message will be fully recovered and read into memory to be reconstructed for
message shell and internal arrays, but the message will be immediately swap out and only the message shell will be kept in
memory. Also EMS server will read the EMS configuration files to construct corresponding internal objects within memory.
