Yes this is possible but the store itself must first be created by manually editing the stores.conf file and then restarting the server.
If the store already exists, you may issue ‘addprop <queue/topic> <queue_name/topic_name> store=$sys.<store_name>’ while the client is running, and this will overwrite any existing store configured for this destination.
