Our ability to support TIBCO Adapter for ActiveDatabase with Oracle 8.1.7 Database is limited due to the fact that Oracle has ended its support for Oracle 8.1.7 (refer http://www.ioug.org/tech/obs_notices_pkg2.html).

Any issues logged against TIBCO Adapter for ActiveDatabase with Oracle 8.1.7 may need to be investigated using a supported version of Oracle Database.

For example,
- An issue that occurs using TIBCO Adapter for ActiveDatabase 5.2.2 with Oracle 8.1.7 may need to be staged using TIBCO Adapter for ActiveDatabase 5.3.0 or higher with the supported version of Oracle 9i or higher.
