In your BC, you have applied Hotfix-07. Does the BC server log its version including hotfix number anywhere so that you can check that it has been applied correctly?
Environment: --------------- All platforms
Resolution: --------------- While BC does log the current version number to the trace log, it does not log the hotfix level. To verify the correct version of Hotfix that is installed, proceed with the following steps.
1. Check at the following path for TIBCO_HOME/bc/5.2/readme_<bc_version>-<hotfix version>.txt file from which you can verify the current Hotfix version that BC is using.
or,
1. Go to TIBCO_HOME/bc/5.2/hotfix/lib directory and open any of the jar files in winzip. Extract the Manifest.mf file from the jar file.
2. Extract the Manifest.mf file from the corresponding jar file from the hotfix zip or tar file. Match the content of extracted Manifest.mf with the Manifest.mf file extracted from the Hotfix setup installation directory. If they match, you have identified the correct hotfix version.
