Let's suppose you have two catalogs TESTPARENT and TEST. You also have a constraint to display the PRODUCTIDs of all the records of TEST catalog in "class" attribute of TESTPARENT. And in addition you have a relationship "toTest" defined between TESTPARENT and TEST. Now using the attached rulebase you should be able to create relationships on the fly by selecting a value from the dropdown for class attribute.
