The iProcess Conductor installation guide states the following "... TIBCO recommend that you ensure your Oracle database is configured to support an international character set, for example WE8MSWIN1252 or UTF-8."

This statement implies that UTF-8 character sets are supported, but this is not the case and this is an error in the documentation. TIBCO recommends that the Oracle database is not configured for UTF-8 as data truncation may occur.
