Cause ===== If RV native classes are used, RV will pick up the encoding from the locale settings of the machine.
Resolution ======== Explicitly specify <RV_HOME>/lib/tibrvj.jar for class path in <TIBCO_HOME>/administrator/domain/<DOMAIN_NAME>/bin/tibcoadmin_<DOMAIN_NAME>.tra
