Cause

If RV native classes are used, RV will pick up the encoding from the locale settings of the machine.

Explicitly specify &ltRV_HOME>/lib/tibrvj.jar for class path in &ltTIBCO_HOME>/administrator/domain/&ltDOMAIN_NAME>/bin/tibcoadmin_&ltDOMAIN_NAME>.tra
