Resolution:
Remote CLI users may see messages S6BDR066E (Connection Lost)  and S6BDR082I (Cancel of userid . . .) followed by S6BDR125W (Start session waiting for available standby session).

The cause of the problem is a defect whereby under certain timing related circumstances, CANCELUSER processing associated with a Lost Session fails to perform proper clean up. This causes the related STANDBY Session to hang and become unusable. Over time potentially all STANDBY Sessions may hang and become unusable.

The fix for this problem is PTF AP12577 and is available in HFX06

Until the above fix has been APPLYed, users can use the ADMIN utility and display the users as DOB 'sees' them. From there they can look at  the Session Start Time and the Idle Time for any of the sessions associated with a particular userid and this should give them a reasonably good idea if this session is the one which is hung. They can then kill the hung session directly from within the ADMIN utility.
