Description
Resolution:
1). Hawk Agent only keeps all active alerts in memory. Once these alerts get cleared, Hawk Agent will delete them from memory.
2). Once Hawk Console Application such as Hawk Display, is started, it retrieves all the active alerts from the Hawk Agent.

2). Once Hawk Console Application such as Hawk Display, is started, it retrieves all the active alerts from the Hawk Agent.
3). Once an alert is cleared, Hawk Console Application shows it as cleared.
To summarize, Hawk Console Application shows the active alerts and the alerts that were cleared during the period when the Hawk Console Application is running.
