o z/OS OSB R5.0 users with USERMODE applied trying to apply HOTFIX12.

Symptoms:
=========
THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR ASSEMBLY PRODUCT FOR SRC ENTRY PRODUCT IN SYSMOD S6BU50E

SYSMOD S6BU50E DOES NOT SPECIFY AP13346 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND. AP13346 IS THE RMID FOR MOD PRODUCT THAT IS CURRENTLY INSTALLED.  

APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD S6BU50E.

Cause:
======
A packaging issue

Resolution:
===========
1) remove/restore USERMODE out of the global zone.
2) Apply HOTFIX12.
3) Modify the usermod to prereq AP13346 in the 1st 2 data lines and re receive/apply.

++VER(ROSB) FMID(S6BOB50) PRE(AP13346).
