Resolution:
The readme file for TIBCO ActiveMatrix(R) Policy Agent 3.1.0 has been ammended and uploaded to the download.tibco.com site.

Following are the changes that were made in the readme file -
1) Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (MS JDBC driver version 1.1 only). Driver version was erroneously omitted in the original readme file.
