Our ability to support TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Siebel 5.3.1 with Siebel Server 6.x is limited due to the fact that Siebel/Oracle has withdrawn support for Siebel Server 6.x at the end of 2007, please refer to http://www.oracle.com/us/support/software/index.html and attached doc (oracle-lifetime-support-applications.pdf)for more details.
Any issues logged against TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Siebel 5.3.1 involving Siebel Server 6.x may need to be investigated using a supported version of Siebel Server.
