Resolution: Description: ========== When changing BC database configuration from one DB server to another DB server from the Manage Installation screen, the BC GUI displays "Connected Successfully" when "Test Connection" is clicked. However, when searching the audit logs, the following error is reported:
Search Failed: Error creating connection to . . . . . Login failed for user '<user name>'.

In addition to changing the DB connection parameters in "Administrator> BusinessConnect > Manage Installation ", you must also change them in "Administrator > BusinessConnect > System Settings > JDBC Configuration ".
