Hawk SNMP adapter can not specify multiple hosts in option '-publisher_host' for sending a trap to multiple publisher hosts

Operating System(s) impacted: All

As one Hawk SNMP adapter only supports one publisher host, user can run multiple tibhawksnmp instances with different -publisher_host parameters to send a trap to multiple publisher hosts.
