When starting the TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries it may throw out the following error:

Startup Error. Code = AESDKC-0073, Category = TibRvComm, Severity = errorRole, Description = RV Error: Failed to enable cm transport: session MRvSession : Not permitted, File = S/MRvCmSessionImpl.cpp, line = 47 received on starting the adapter after initialization.

Resolution:

There are normally two situations in which the error may be seen.

1). There is a CM collision. This means you have some other adapter instance running in the subnet which has a session with the same CM name. If two instances are running with sessions having the same CM name then it will result in a CM collision. Check if an adapter with same CM name is running in the subnet.

2). The CM session always create a ledger file and if you do not have permission for a ledger file then this error will be returned.

Error "RV Error: Failed to enable cm transport: session MRvSession : Not permitted.." during startup of the TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries.
