There are six network failure detection parameters that can be configured in the EMS server. Depending on their values the server can detect a disconnection from a client or another server and vice-versa.

server_server_heartbeat
server_client_heartbeat
client_server_heartbeat
server_timeout_server_connection
server_timeout_client_connection
client_timeout_server_connection

These parameters are specified in the main configuration file (tibemsd.conf) of the EMS server and are applicable for all client applications connecting to that EMS server. There is no way to chose different values for these parameters for different client connections.

Is there is a way to restrict network failure detection parameters of the TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) server (i.e. heartbeat and timeout) to be applicable only for specific client applications connecting to the EMS server?
