This error message indicates that the tibrv.tkt file is not present in the PATH environment variable on the affected host.

You may not need an RV license to run some TIBCO products, such as Administrator or Business Works (BW).  These applications present the embedded license to validate its connection to RVD. Hence, if you are using rvd for transports created using any TIBCO products which use embedded licenses, such as BW, TRA etc., you may ignore the error message.

You will need an RV license to run the application if the application does not use an embedded license. If you have a valid license in the tibrv.tkt file, please point the PATH environment variable to the directory that contains the tibrv.tkt file. If you do not have a tibrv.tkt file, please verify if you are able to download the tibrv.tkt file from the Tibco download site at  http://download.tibco.com. If you can not download the tibrv.tkt file, please open a Service Request (SR) so that Tibco Support can assist in obtaining the license file.
