Description:
TIBCO Silver BPM 32-bit instances cannot be started in the eu-west-1 region due to a corrupted image.

Environment:

- TIBCO Silver Center 1.0.0

Symptoms:
========
Using TIBCO Silver Center to start a 32-bit instance running TIBCO Silver BPM will fail.  There will initially be a notification of the instance starting but after a short time an error starting the instance will be reported.

Cause:

The TIBCO Silver BPM 32-bit software image is corrupted.

Resolution:
==========
Run a 32-bit instance in other regions other than eu-west-1.  If the requirement is to run anything in the eu-west-1 then run 64-bit instances.
