Resolution 1:
1). Set the parameter “admqs.addCustomHawkMethodsToClassMAgent” to “on” in the adapter .tra file.

2). Deploy the adapter application in TIBCO Administrator and start the adapter in TIBCO Administrator.

3). In older versions, each adapter had three microagents but with more recent versions all methods have been added to the Class Microagent which is defined as parameter “tibco.hawk.microagent.name” in the adapter .tra file.

Example:

tibco.hawk.microagent.name=COM.TIBCO.ADAPTER.admqs.sm.1-AVPNYD.WebSphereMQAdapterConfiguration

Resolution 2:
Another way to see the methods by starting adapter from Designer. Follow these steps.

1). Open the admqs.tra file which is located under C:\tibco\adapter\admqs\&ltadapter_version>\bin. Set value “on” for the two properties “admqs.perfMon” and “admqs.addCustomHawkMethodsToClassMAgent”.

Example:

admqs.perfMon=on
admqs.addCustomHawkMethodsToClassMAgent on

2). Launch TIBCO Designer, click the adapter instance and select the “Monitoring” tab. Set “true” for “Enable Class MicroAgent” then restart Designer. Note the “Class MicroAgent Name” and you will see those methods under this microagent on the Hawk Display.

3). Start the MQ Adapter by selecting “Show Adapter Tester”.

4). Restart the TIBCO Hawk Agent service on the NT Service panel.

5). Start the Hawk Display. You will see those methods under the “Class MicroAgent Name”.
