Description:
============
In BusinessEvents(BE) 3.0.2, the Cache Server does not initialize successfully and stops at Cluster State=0 .

Environment:
==========
TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.0.2
All Systems

Symptoms:
=========
Cache Server initialization is not complete as it is not going to Cluster State=8. It stops at Cluster State = 0 and shows Cache server started.

Resolution:
==========
Comment the following property in the Cache Server tra file and restart the cache server.

   be.engine.cluster.externalClasses.classLoader=false

If this does not work check to see if recently the TRA was upgraded to 5.7.  Reverting back to TRA 5.6 will solve the hanging problem if the first solution did not.
