Description
Resolution: Description: ============ In TIBCO ActiveMatrix environment, TIBCO BusinessWorks(TM) Salesforce.com Plug-in could not receive messages from Salesforce.com by using Salesforce Outbound Message Listener under two ways SSL authentication mode.
Symptoms: ======== In the case of using Salesforce Outbound Message Listener, if the "Requires Client Authentication" option was selected at design-time, the deployed SA could not receive messages from Salesforce.com. At Salesforce.com end, the outbound message has been put into the queue but with the error message: - "javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException: peer not authenticated."
Cause: ====== This is a known issue caused by BWSE 5.7.2: - If there are two versions of BWSE Container jars existing in ActiveMatrix environment, with one version includes the SSL bundles (com.tibco.security.tibcrypt, com.tibco.tpcl.com.entrust.toolkit) while another one does NOT, the BWSE 5.7.2 would coincidently load the version of jars that does not contain the SSL bundles. As a result, the SSL handshake failed as it could not find appropriate bundles in the jar files.
Resolution: ========== This issue has been fixed by BWSE 5.8.0 version, so in order to resolve this issue, please upgrade BWSE from 5.7.2 to 5.8.0 version.
