Resolution: Description: ============ In the case of working with TIBCO BusinessWorks Service Engine 5.8.0 under ActiveMatrix environment, TIBCO BusinessWorks Salesforce.com Plug-in failed to establish connection with Salesforce.com while using most of Salesforce Activities, like Salesforce Create All, Salesforce Query All etc., the only exception is the activity of Salesforce Outbound Message Listener.
Symptoms: ======== TIBCO BusinessWorks Salesforce.com Plug-in failed to establish connection with Salesforce.com while using most of Salesforce Activities, like Salesforce Create All, Salesforce Query All etc., the only exception is the activity of Salesforce Outbound Message Listener.
Cause: ===== This issue is caused by a known issue of TIBCO BusinessWorks Service Engine 5.8.0 version: - The different versions of SSL security jar files are conflict in ActiveMatrix environment.
Resolution: ========== In order to resolve this issue, please use the following workaround: - Adding the property "java.property.TIBCO_SECURITY_VENDOR=j2se" in the node.tra file under TIBCO_HOME\amx\data\<environment>\<node>\bin directory.
