TIBCO ActiveMatrix (TM) Policy Manager 3.1.0 now supports Microsoft SQL Server 2008.

Note that TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Agent 3.1.0 support for MS SQL Server 2008 has also been announced via LBN1-B4CDOD.

Installation Steps:
===================
See "TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Manager Installation software release 3.1". There is no change in the installation steps.

In addition to the normal software installation, the following hotfix package must be installed: TIBCO ActiveMatrix (TM) Policy Manager 3.1.0 hotfix 01. Please refer to LBN1-B4CDTS for download and installation details.


Supported Drivers:

For the configuration described above, the following database driver is supported:
- Microsoft SQL Server JDBC Driver 3.0.


Known Issues:
============
Logging policies can be defined by the policy manager, and enforced against AMSG (or AMSB) endpoints. In order to log into an MS SQL Server 2008 database instance, tib_amx_rp_020300_hotfix04 is required. Please refer to the following LBNs for further details:
